I am a highly motivated, Enterprise and IT Service Management Consultant (ITIL qualified expert), with Service Management strategy, design, transformation, process and tooling implementations, outsourcing, troubleshooting and service operation experience. I have proven capabilities as a leader, team player and independent operator. I am committed to delivering quality, cost-efficient sustainable service solutions which best fit the organisation; whilst enabling people to achieve their best through performance coaching and mentoring

What are my services:
Enterprise and IT Service Mgmt. Consultancy (outcome focused)
Doesn’t matter what your ‘service’ is, or how you delivered it (Waterfall, pseudo ‘Agile’, Agile or DevOps), you still have to provide the appropriate ‘management’ of that operational service after you have launched it; you need to keep it available, performant and still adding the intended value for its full lifecycle.
This need the right ‘in-puts’ at the inception to enable key requirements to be considered… even a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) should have a planned Minimal Viable Service (MVS) model.

IT Service Mgmt. Commercial Support
If your rethinking your sourcing model or your service delivery and supporting partners and providers, get the commercials right can be a headache. It’s not just about the ‘bottom line’, more an more the deal that was struck gets marred by the ‘gaps’ or unseen ambiguity in the contract schedules. The value, for both parties, gets eroded and ultimately this impacts your overall service provision. Keeping these fair and equitable is a skill; it takes foresight and experience to identify weak wording, assumed outcomes, inappropriate measures and punitive credit regimes. It’s always harder to resolve these after the negotiation are done and the ink, or ‘virtual ink’, has dried.
